Due to strong business growth, a position has become available in our front office for a customer service officer/administration support. For the right candidate, this will offer stable employment and the potential for career development as you help to develop new systems and procedures to improve performance.
Candidates will need to demonstrate experience with the following:
Receiving and distributing calls through a phone system
Data and order entry
Customer service (face to face and over the phone)
Files management (electronic and physical)
Knowledge of Office Suite, Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
Also desirable are the following skills
Fast learner, adaptable to new software and procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management
Pro-actively seeks to improve systems and practices
Candidates must have a current drivers license and their own mode of transportation.
