This fantastic opportunity will see you manage a busy service department. 

As the Service Manager, your responsibilities include improving and maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency, ensuring the profitability of the service department whilst maintaining excellent customer service and increasing retention.

The ideal candidate will be experienced as a Service Manager with the ability to lead and develop staff, thrive under pressure and enjoy communicating with all stake holders.  You will also have an in-depth understanding of the Service Department with the ability to understand budgets and financials.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have proven experience in a similar role coupled with a strong understanding of the Automotive industry.

  • Strong knowledge of executing sales strategy, planning and attaining desired outcomes
  • Significant commercial experience with high accountability 
  • Proven history of outstanding performance
  • Significant experience in managing, motivating & directing multiple staff in store departments
  • Experience in reporting to senior management
  • Extensive experience in building strategic relationships   

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the dealership service departments along with monitoring, acting on business management information and other performance indicators to ensure high levels of profitability, efficiency, performance and customer satisfaction.
