Member Services Coordinator (Northern Territory)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, customer-centric coordinator to provide administrative and workflow management support to our team in the NT! The successful candidate will possess great communication, attention to detail and problem solving skills, with an ability to actively collaborate, as well as work autonomously, to get a job done.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide face-to-face support to members either in the office or in a workplace, including assisting with providing general factual advice to support with forms and/or transactions;
  • Respond to new and existing member queries over the phone, while identifying opportunities to improve the member experience;
  • Schedule and assist with the delivery of workplace member education sessions;
  • Provide high-level business development and financial planning administration support, including undertaking reporting requirements to ensure relevant information is captured and regularly updated to inform of trends, engagement and relationship management;   
  • Attend and represent the business at reasonable industry events, seminars and/or education sessions to enhance the relationship with our member base; and
  • Facilitate and participate in effective communication between the NT and Adelaide head office to ensure efficient deployment of IT resources, coordination of marketing requirements and any other centralised support required to assist with the NT operations.

Minimum requirements:

  • RG146 certification or a willingness to complete within the first 6 months of employment;
  • Demonstrated experience in offering member/customer solutions and meeting deadlines;
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Proven ability to build relationships with a high level of integrity and professionalism;
  • Willingness to learn and undertake further training as required for the role
