The Role

We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our Kalgoorlie Head Office. This position is full time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday 8am - 5 pm.

Please be aware only shortlisted applicants will be contacted and this role is Kalgoorlie Residential.

Your main duties will include:

  • Answering the telephone, screening, and directing calls
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Creating graphic designs for invitations, SharePoint posts and posters etc.
  • Various administration duties
  • Providing administration support to various departments as required
  • Organising and delivering office catering
  • Housekeeping duties including ensuring all kitchen facilities are tidy and stocked
  • General office duties including mail, ordering office supplies, managing the print supplies, archiving, and raising purchase orders as required
  • Office Fire Warden and First Aider for the main office building (training provided)
  • General office administration duties to ensure the smooth operation of the business

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent presentation and strong customer service skills
  • Great organisational skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint
  • A positive attitude, professional manner and pro-active approach.
  • Current Driver's License
