About Us

QTAC is a not-for-profit that provides and operates an equitable, centralised tertiary entrance system on behalf of our 16 member and participating institutions, while providing comprehensive information for prospective applicants.

QTAC receives and processes more than 70,000 applications per year and makes offers in approximately 1,950 courses during 150 offer rounds spread throughout the year.

About You

The QTAC Digital Marketing Coordinator will be an expert in the development and implementation of marketing activities which will assist QTAC deliver on its mission to connect people with organisations that offer professional and personal learning opportunities, helping them thrive in an ever changing environment. This includes using multiple avenues to deliver timely, effective campaigns across QTACs owned and paid platforms.

Your technical experience and creative thinking will play an essential part in the continual enhancement and development of our brand. 


  • Produce high quality content for website, social and print in line with written style guide and digital tone of voice for brand.
  • Act as an advisor and editor, while working closely with business areas and subject matter experts, to deliver stakeholder-centred content.
  • Undertake content research and development including briefing, writing, sourcing, reviewing and coordinating all new content to keep key channels up to date and ensure the content continues to meet user needs.
  • Development of marketing materials for print and online publications including the annual Year 12 Guide.



  • Proficient with WordPress CMS
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with social media marketing platforms to manage scheduling, engagement and reporting (Hootsuite, Activ8, Click Dimensions)
  • CRM management (Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a time sensitive environment without day-to-day oversight
  • Proven ability to work in an innovative, responsive, resilient and autonomous manner


  • Video production filming, editing, live streaming
