 This role is designed for those outstanding candidates who are eager to excel and are driven to exceed expectations. As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking a Customer service officer/dispatch The right candidate for this opportunity will be a key player in our team who are constantly seeking growth.  

Responsibilities 

  • Aim for 100% customer delightment with a focus on sales 

  • Provide a fast, reliable and high-quality customer service to the customer.

  • Answer all customer enquiries on all platforms within 8 hrs

  • Send summarised weekly report to manager from the all platforms. 

  • Increase database 

  • problem solve and respond to email queries

  • Reduce customer queries

  • Process customer returns and repairs.

  • Rolling up your sleeves to help in any other area necessary 

Essential experience

  • Previous customer service or frontline retail experience

  • Must be fluent in English 

  • Knowledge of pole wear/industry is a bonus but not essential 

  • Previous e commerce back end experience

  • Advanced level of computer skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Passion and desire to work in the sales environment
