Newage Air Conditioning and Refrigeration has been operating since 1998, we pride ourselves on our professionalism within the industry. 

We are currently seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team. You will be required to complete bookkeeping and administration tasks.  

The role will include:

  • Accounts payable & receivable
  • Payroll, payroll tax and superannuation payments
  • Bank & various account reconciliations
  • Maintain general ledger
  • Prepare month end and year end journals and adjustments
  • Prepare and lodge BAS/IAS
  • Prepare and lodge company secretarial/ASIC documents
  • Prepare cash flow 
  • Prepare management reports
  • Liase with clients
  • Book installation and service work
  • Additional administration tasks as required

Applicants require:

  • A minimum of 2 years full function bookkeeping experience 
  • Strong attention to detail & ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Expertise in MYOB accounting software
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
