Premium Mining & Civil (PMC) is a WA owned and operated Mining supplier. PMC specialise in providing quality Personnel, Equipment Hire and Contracting services.

PMC are currently providing recruitment, equipment hire and contracting services to many large WA and overseas mining clients.  Our head office and main workshop is based in Midvale, WA. We also have offices based in Kalgoorlie, WA and New Zealand.

Premium Mining has been operational since 2010 and we currently manage a large number of placements across Australia. 

Premium Mining are currently looking for the following:

3 x SITE ADMINISTRATORS REQUIRED | RESIDENTIAL KALGOORLIE 

Site Administrator – 7 days on, 7 days off; 6am - 6pm | FIFO Perth considered 
  
Site Administrator – Monday to Friday; 6am – 3pm | Residential Kalgoorlie only
  
Site Administrator – Monday to Friday; 8am – 3pm | Residential Kalgoorlie only

The Roles: 

  • 5:2 and 7:7 Roster 
  • Residential Kalgoorlie 
  • Immediate Start
  • Temp to Permanent positions for the right candidates
  • Excellent Gold Mining Client 
  • Private Health Insurance & Income protection with client (following the successful completion of probation period) 

Duties: 

  • Provide Site Administration support 
  • Collate and enter daily plod data into PLODtrack.
  • Book flights and accommodation as required.
  • Maintain and update crew rosters, including leave, DILs & staff movements.
  • Assist Project Manager with bi-monthly Piece Work pays.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders including HR, OHS, Accounts Payable etc. to ensure that Company goals are met or exceeded.
  • Perform other such duties as reasonably directed by the Project Manager.

Desired Skills/Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 12 months mine site Administration experience.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office experience, in particular Excel. 
  • Experience in booking flights and accommodation.
  • Experience compiling and entering timesheets.
  • Experience using Pronto.
  • Experience utilising PLODtrack or similar mining database software highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise. 
  • Must hold a Current C Class Drivers Licence 
  • Must have Current National Police Clearance (or ability to apply) 
  • Must have ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical and D&A Screen
  • Must have unlimited working rights in Australia.
