A position has become available for a full-time Junior Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our head office in Perth.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The duties include (but not limited to):-
- greeting clients / underwriters
- manage incoming phone calls
- data entry / processing
- daily banking, filing and scanning
- handling of incoming and outgoing mail
- monitor stationery level
- assisting colleagues with administrative duties as required.

- computer literacy especially with Microsoft suite of products
- the ability to work in a team environment
