We are currently seeking an individual for a junior receptionist/admin role within our company.
The successful candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic and sociable with strong written and verbal communication skills. The candidate will also be organised and have ability to multitask. Knowledge of Microsoft office applications is also beneficial.
Experience in customer service would be valued, but is not essential as we will provide training.
What we highly regard is a passion and enthusiasm for learning and growth, providing high levels of customer service and desire to build a long-term career.
Your daily duties will include:
Welcome and direct clientele in the office.
Take calls, forward calls and record messages accurately.
Coordinate boardroom bookings.
Maintenance of common areas.
Sundry office stock control and ordering.
General duties including filing, scanning, postage of letters/parcels.
