Internal role working for a national allied health provider, Flexible Full time and Part time position in Gosford, Partnering with leaders to create a recruitment strategy that delivers solutions.

And Have:

  • At least 5 years working in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably with experience in Allied Health recruitment
  • Able to think strategically & to execute solutions to meet targets
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Experience with talent management systems


The Role:

  • Partnering with leaders to create a recruitment strategy that delivers solutions in line with best practice
  • Partnering with business leaders to understand current and future talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, building a strong pipeline of talent from multiple sources
  • Define, implement and execute recruitment policies, processes, methods and tools
  • Continuously evolve our employer brand, working with marketing to attract and retain talent across social media platforms
  • Deliver effective market mapping to identify top talent within the industry
  • Provide ongoing training and development to leaders to equip them with the skills to use best practice interview and selection techniques
  • Review and analyse future growth strategy, new starters, turnover, retention and exit data to provide reliable information to senior management and the HR team that can drive effective change in the business
  • Ensure exceptional customer service
