Sales Admin Assistant - Full Time

We are a large printing company based in the eastern suburbs and require an experienced Admin Assistant to join our busy sales team.

Duties will include:

  • Organising Request for quotes with Estimating
  • Processing sales job tickets
  • Matching artwork to the client brief
  • Maintaining campaign spreadsheets
  •  Liaising with our production team 
  • Communicating information back to our clients


The successful applicant must be/ have:

  • Excellent Computer skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in the printing industry
  • be able to prioritise workload & be organised
  • Excellent communication skills
  • be able to work under pressure
