We are seeking experienced internal recruiters who are interested in joining TAFE NSWs Organisation Design Program (ODP) Recruitment Talent Pool.

You are an experienced Recruitment professional with a successful background in public sector or internal recruitment within in a Government Agency, RPO or large organisation.

You are agile, resilient and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic and process driven environment, providing outstanding service to candidates and hiring managers.

You have impeccable communication skills, are analytical, organised and a natural problem solver.You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your Team and taking initiative.

Crucially, you are someone who shares the TAFE NSW Values of Integrity, Collaboration, Excellence and Customer First.

The Recruitment Officer is responsible for providing proactive administrative support and advice and the delivery of all candidate focused recruitment activities.

The Senior Recruitment Officer is responsible for the delivery of end to end recruitment activities, ensuring compliance and integrity of recruitment processes and providing a client centric, proactive approach to hiring managers and key stakeholder relationships.


  • Qualificationin a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
  • End to end Recruitment experience in a public sector/Govt or internal role
  • Demonstrated experience in candidate management and building relationships with hiring managers
  • Knowledge and experience in merit selection and designing recruitment strategies
  • Knowledge of public sector policy, GSE legislation, guidelines and best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office


  • Worked on Change/Reform project
  • TALEO and SAP experience
  • Previous experience working in a large, complex matrix organisation
  • Minimum 2 years local recruitment experience within the public sector/Govt

These positions offer a base salary range p.a plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

Senior Recruitment Officer TAFE Worker Level 6 $83,885 - $90,336

Recruitment Officer TAFE Worker Level 4 $68,849 - $75,996
