This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, flexible technician who can grasp the technical aspects of Automated Logic Control products and be able to provide advanced technical support to our customers and the end users. This is a hands-on role requiring an organised individual with the ability to work autonomously to attend premium sites to carry out fault diagnosis, remedial repairs, planned performance/preventive maintenance and adjustments to the BMS system to provide operational effectiveness and continuity of service.
This role will also require you to monitor, control and maintain the operations of the HVAC controls and BMS systems and proactively provide intervention to diagnosis, probable faults and interruptions to service.

Minimum 5 years BMS experience
Customer service focus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Relevant qualifications and experience in the Electrical Licence or Mechanical trade
Commercial / industrial experience
In-depth understanding of premium building performance and critical building infrastructure requirements
Good understanding of complex network systems
Analyse and verify BMS fault then rectified them to the client satisfaction
Identify facility energy optimisation opportunities
Service and maintain BMS equipment and associated systems
Understanding of WHS responsibilities
NSW Drivers Licence
Can do attitude
Tridium or other BMS experience
Experience in analysing the facility plant equipment performance
Understanding the importance of the DA 19 and DA 28
Experience in providing solutions to the complex BMS systems problems
Provides leadership to other technicians and apprentices
The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with the internal and external clients
Network within the Building and Facility Management industry
Electrical Licence or Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Licence
Salary is negotiable based on experience, plus super, vehicle and sales incentive. Career progression is possible into BMS engineering, commissioning, supervisory roles or project management.
