Job tasks and responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Managing Director your duties will include:

  • Co-ordinating all sub-contractors, suppliers and material deliveries
  • Liaison with varied key stakeholders from council, to trades and client
  • Ensuring all sub-contractors and employees comply with all OH&S requirements
  • Guaranteeing project completion within timescale and budget

Skills and experience

Successful candidates must have:

  • Minimum 5 years Construction, Tradesman or Project Management experience
  • WHS Induction Card
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on projects of a similar size
  • Ability to run a project unsupervised
  • Proficient IT Skills
  • Ability to work to set targets
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • The ability to develop and maintain relationships with industry partners
  • A positive, self motivated attitude toward working both autonomous and within a team environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
