Administration Manager

This business is a safety solutions company focusing on the Australian corporate industry.

Situated within the Parramatta area, this company is looking for someone to stand out from the crowd. They are seeking a confident, highly organised professional to take on the role of Accounts and Administration Manager. Reporting to the Operations manager, your duties will include


  • Manage all functions of payroll, accounts payable and receivable
  • Manage employment records and workers compensation
  • Manage company bank accounts, credit cards and doing reconciliations
  • Assist financial controller with financial accounting and management reports including EOM, quarterly and annual financial close process covering statutory audits and tax compliance 
  • Maintain monthly cashflow forecast
  • Process daily cashflow and payments reports
  • Assist with annual company audit
  • Training, managing as well as providing on going professional development to a small team
  • Review and update general office procedures
  • General office management, staff training and house keeping
  • Plan and organise the delegation of workload efficiently
  • Review and maintenance of company files and records
  • Assist management in the renewal of licences, insurances and lease agreements
  • Support the development of systems, automation and streamline business processes and any adhoc duties as required by management


This position would suit someone who has vast experience in a similar role. As the right person you;


  • Are a true leader and have experience managing a team
  • Have relevant tertiary qualifications with intermediate to advanced Excel skills (desirable but not essential)
  • Possess prior experience using ERP systems
  • Must be a rational thinker with the ability to think outside the box
  • Are proactive with a commendable work ethic and can take initiative in day to day tasks
  • Have impeccable communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Are deadline orientated and can work effectively in a team environment 
  • Are mature, self-starter that is looking for longevity in their next role 
  • Are analytical with high attention to detail 
  • Can coup and work efficiently under pressure
