About the role
We are currently looking for a casual to help our Administration Team. It is envisaged the role will require approx 4 hours daily, for 3-4 days per week.
Duties will include: (but not limited to)
Debt collection and Account management
General Office / administration duties
Use of an ERP system
Assist with Accounts Payable
Bank Reconciliation of Business Accounts
Bank Reconciliation of Customer Accounts
Assist Administration Officer as required
And any other duties as discussed at the interview.

Skills and experience
To be successful in the position you will need to have the following:
Experience with computerised ERP Systems
Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Accurate data entry, good computer skills
Great attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to use initiative and be able to work under limited supervision
