About the Role:
Based in our Ringwood office this is your opportunity to work for our Apprenticeship Network Provider (ANP) Division, Australia's largest and only national ANP.
Reporting to the Manager National Client Services, you will be responsible for managing the central customer relationship for key national accounts. The KAC will make the process of using the Australian Apprenticeships system as seamless as possible for employers and their Australian Apprentices by providing assistance and support to manage the complexity of the system.
This exciting full-time position requires someone to be also work closely with key Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to ensure their service needs are met and they regard MEGT ANP as an important business partner.
Please note: This is a full-time fixed-term position ending 31 January 2022.
Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:
ability to provide high standards of account management and support to key state and national customers to increase business growth
demonstrated ability to identify new business prospects and convert new business opportunities
highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, able to develop positive and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
demonstrated capacity to understand and deliver services to key customers in a financially viable and cost-effective manner that appropriately represents MEGT ANP as a professional and efficient organisation to work with
extensive understanding of the AASN Program and VET sector including current trends and change factors impacting the apprenticeship sector
Current driver licence is required.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake a Police Check and any State/Territory Working with Children Check (where applicable).
