About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Project Assistant to provide essential project related administrative support to the organisation. This role will focus on the following duties, however are not limited to:

  • Provide back-up to administration, answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls and welcoming clients, visitors in a pleasant manner and assist with enquiries, as required. 
  • Accurate data entry into job costing software, creation of new jobs and uploading relevant documentation onto online software systems.
  • Assist in project related tasks, liaise with relevant stakeholders, obtain client approvals and ensure variations are invoiced to clients in a timely manner.
  • Maintain client online portals including, tickets of work, invoicing and client payments.
  • Updating and maintain relevant job costing software.
  • Data entry, preparation and generation of invoice uploads in alignment with company and client processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in project administration, within similar role and/or the Telecommunications industry, desirable
  • Strong administrative skills
  • High level competency in Microsoft Office in particular word and excel
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience in administering records and following procedures
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Sound ability to utilise financial and other computer software programs.
