Bookkeeper position - two days per week.

Reporting to the Managing Director
Attach accounting package usage,
Familiar with Microsoft products.
Responsible for Debtor and creditor invoicing,
Responsible for Maintaining Debtor management,
Responsible for Purchasing of inventory and office supplies as required.
Responsible for monthly BAS, weekly payroll and lodgement of STP files,
Responsible for Allocation & posting of accrued expenses.
Preparation of accounts to trial balance for external accountant,
Safeguard of company assets and data.
Co-ordination of insurances
5 years of book keeping and one year of payroll or similar experience
Be able to work autonomously
Communication: a high level of verbal and written communication skills
A police clearance
