We are currently looking for a SA/WA State Sales Manager to grow our client base in metro areas. You will have extensive real estate experience, in-depth knowledge and industry success that you can apply to grow our customer base. Your success will be measured by new sales, exceptional account management and applying your industry know how to drive business growth. This role will suit a professional who is driven by the excitement of business development and the sales process. Along with a competitive salary, this work from home role will include commission and performance-based compensation.
Utilising your personal database of business contacts, identify and nurture leads from creation to closing
Responsible for product sales and can translate products features to benefits for our customers
Responsible for client engagement and account management
Work together with the Customer Success Manager to deliver the onboarding program to ensure our new clients are trained and supported to ensure they are confident and competent in using our products and services.
Proactively engage with our existing customers to identify product and knowledge gaps for training opportunities.
Using data and reporting, identify utilisation rates of our products and recommend and implement strategies to increase product utilisation.
Collaborate and communicate with technology and customer experience to provide feedback on how to improve our product, customer retention and user experience.
Increase customer retention by monitoring and communicating with inactive customers making recommendations on how to improve their user experience.
Maintain knowledge of our product features and upgrades and ensure changes are communicated to our customers.
Take ownership of any issues raised by our customers and proactively manage delivering a solution to solve the problem.
Your experience/skills include:
You have at least 5 years working within the real estate industry in sales, customer service, training or client management
You are a people first-person and passionate about business development and utlisiing your negotiation skills to close the deal.
You are values-driven and will actively contribute to the culture of CampaignAgent
Experience and an understanding of industry CRM platforms and technology
Experience working with objectives, key metrics and revenue targets
You are a strong communicator and can explain the features of the CampaignAgent product to a range of audiences
You are a good listener and able to understand our customers underlying problems even if they are not clearly communicated to you
You are curious and prefer to use data to help you understand the problem and recommend solutions
You are organised, autonomous and can manage your time effectively
You love working as part of a team and will actively seek the feedback of others to learn and develop
