Administrator - Insurance Builder

  • Take a high number of incoming calls
  • Provide superior customer service, understanding and assistance
  • Register and update jobs
  • Book site inspections and allocate to the correct geographical teams
  • Maintain client files
  • Complete administrative reports
  • Liaise with Estimators, Site Supervisors and Subcontractors
  • Work to KPI’s

Candidate Criteria:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Administration - exposure to the Construction or Insurance industry is highly advantageous
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with ability to prioritise and problem-solve
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly pick up various software programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
