Inventory management including healthy stock holding levels, re-order levels, min/max analysis (SLOB, NPI set-up, ABC-classification), bin location management.
Customer service skills:
Interact with healthcare customers via phone/E-mail in a professional manner. (Private, aged care, occupational therapists, hospitals)
Ability to clearly manage/meet/exceed customer expectations.
Understand the commercial dimension when satisfying customer requests.
Ability to logically schedule service technicians based on job complexity, geographical area and parts availability.
