Due to market expansion we have a vacancy for a sales representative to service the Brisbane area. We are looking for a talented, highly motivated sales representative, who is interested in working for an industry leader. We want people who are ready to invest in their career growth and possess the strategic ability to develop and grow our coatings business. In return we will invest in the right people to achieve success in this market with ongoing in-depth product knowledge and industry training. This position covers the heavy industrial coatings industry, calling on end users, consulting engineers and local bodies.

Applicants must be able to build business, identify business opportunities; sell solutions; develop and maintain relationships with clients; prepare reports; maintain quality service; maintain professional and technical knowledge; contribute to a successful team.


             A record of achieving consistent sales growth in the protective and marine coatings market by developing new business and maintaining strong account management.

             A well-developed network of contacts within the light and heavy industrial sector, mining, offshore, ports, oil & gas, power, engineering and commercial marine markets at all levels. Contacts to include end users, specifiers, engineers, consultants, architects, owners and asset managers.

             Experienced in writing coating specifications and understanding and following the tender process.

             Proactive and strategic in maintaining and growing distributor relationships.

             NACE Certification looked upon favourably.

             Excellent communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail, the ability to maintain company databases and write and present proposals.
