We are seeking a proactive Secretary/Administration Assistant to work full-time in our Brisbane CBD office.

A background in business administration and customer service in a busy environment will be an asset.  A willingness to use initiative in all office duties and protocols is a must along with the ability and desire to develop your skills.  Experience with APS practice software is preferred.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients and answering incoming calls;
  • Addressing or redirecting client enquiries;
  • Diary management;
  • Preparation of client correspondence;
  • General administration support.

Candidates applying for this role will have:

  • Minimum 2 years recent experience in an office administration role;
  • A positive and professional attitude with a healthy initiative;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Accurate typing skills and attention to detail;
  • Professional phone manner and be well presented;
  • Excellent organisational skills and have the ability to multi-task.
