We have an opening for a New Home Sales Administration Officer that is ready for immediate start.

Job tasks and responsibilities
Work closely with Sales Manager to convert clients to a sale
Train and study new home plans and the contract process
Support the Contracts Administrator in all areas of the role.
General Reception Duties

You are a passionate, authentic and driven individual with a resilient can-do attitude. Excellent communicator, team orientated, and strong work ethic will see you succeeding in this role, together with:
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to learn new processes and follow instructions
Pro-active in assisting the Sales Manager with all sales and marketing related tasks
Effective communicator with potential and existing clients
Basic I.T. skills required
A great attitude is mandatory
You MUST be a permanent Australian Resident to be considered for this role.
This is a full time, position based in Tweed Heads.
