Tender and Contracts Administration - Maternity Contract Position

Fantastic opportunity for an administrative expert to cover a maternity leave contract starting immediately through to January 2022.
We are an industry leading landscape construction and civil company servicing New South Wales.
The primary tasks encompassed within the role is that of tender pricing, preparation and submissions in addition to contracts administration, accounts receivables and general administrative tasks as required supporting the Directors and estimating team.
Must be exceptionally well organised, efficient, hardworking and able to work in a fast paced and pressured environment, keeping a level headed and calm mind at all times. Attention to detail and accuracy is critical to be successful in this role. Ability to work independently and as a team player essential, with a positive and professional attitude.
Experience in Outlook, Word, Excel, Project and Adobe required and MYOB preferable. Rapid touch typing essential. Hours: Monday-Friday, 9-5pm. Salary to suit experience.
