Administration and Customer Service Consultant - Attune Hearing

We are looking for a talented administration and customer consultant that is well versed in dealing with a variety of individuals. The role:

  • you will be the first contact for patients and will help them feel welcome to the clinic.
  • key responsibilities include managing the bookings for an audiologist with a balance of appointment types to maximize schedule use
  • you will manage inbound and outbound calls with courtesy and empathy
  • you will be responsible for general administration duties, billing and data entry daily
  • you will troubleshoot, manage repairs & general issues
  • you will assist other team members within the clinic and work effectively within a team.
  • you will build strong relationships with our patients and provide follow up calls and aftercare.
  • the role is full time with travel between our Mornington/ Frankston and Berwick Clinics.


About you:

  • we don't mind past experience outside the hearing industry  for us it's about your DNA and your passion for our  patients and clients.
  • exceptional organisational & time management skills
  • competent computer skills with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • ability to work with a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • desire to work autonomously and be self-driven, but also be a team player
  • willingness to learn new systems and products to support the role
  • as the role will be shared predominately between our Mornington and Berwick Clinics you will need to travel thus the role would be suitable for someone living between these 2 locations.
