This this newly created role is full time position, reporting to the production manager and working within a team of professionals, your main responsibilities include but not limited to.
Support the sales team for project fulfilment
Review stock and order fulfilment
Managing day to day installations
Booking plant and required equipment
Create installation job packs
Reporting to production and sales regarding projects
Site visits, Surveys & measures site safety audits.
Rapport building with clients
Sourcing product & installers
Dealing with both internal & external stakeholders
Use computers and Excel spreadsheets
Lots of phone interaction
Strong WA business with longstanding staff
Base salary circa $60K - $70K + superannuation depending on experience.
Working alongside highly experienced production and sales staff
Dealing with a mix of projects in Static and digital signage
Welcoming and supportive culture better than you will find anywhere else
Strong computer skills along with knowledge Microsoft office,
Minimum 2 years of recent experience working across a majority of the role responsibilities detailed above
Be able to strike up good rapport with our signage contractors
Phone & people skills
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Intermediate to advanced Knowledge of OHS practices and ability to draft SWMS and JSAs
Experience in assisting multiple projects at the same time
A valid driver's license and own vehicle
