Life Education Australia is the largest provider of preventative health and drug education to school children, empowering young people to face tough challenges and be the best they can be through making safer and healthier choices.
Since its establishment in 1979 and with the help of their much-loved mascot Healthy Harold, Life Education operates in more than 4,000 schools and preschools across Australia, supporting more than 700,000 school children each year.

Due to movement in the team, our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive responsible for the contribution to the development and execution of digital marketing strategies with a focus on increasing their digital presence, engaging key audiences and improving experience with their brand.
Reporting initially to the CEO, you will work in collaboration with various teams to conduct the following:


  • Manage all digital platforms including website, social media, Google Ads and Salesforce to maximising digital presence, drive engagement, increase meaningful conversions and enhance user experience.
  • Build on existing digital strategy, utilising UX, SEO and content marketing.
  • Work on multiple briefs and provide timely reporting and tracking on digital campaigns, budgets and objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, reporting and analysis to ensure positive collaboration.
  • Liaise with team and produce impactful artwork and content for social media channels, recommending implementation of emerging technologies and trends.
  • Ensure website is maintained and user experience is up to industry standard.
  • Explore new digital growth opportunities and implement as appropriate.
  • Work within brand guidelines to maintain consistency and support brand implementation across the organisation.


  • A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or related discipline.
  • Several years’ experience in a digital marketing role managing end to end campaigns.
  • Strong operational/tactical digital marketing experience and proven experience in digital communications channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability manage key stakeholders.
  • Ability to both, think strategically and implement on a tactical level.
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • An understanding of the NFP and/or education sector will be highly regarded.
