Located at our Port Botany office, SEAWAY is looking for a motivated Import Operator to join our NSW Import Sea & Air team.
Ideally you will have at least 5 years experience in seafreight and/or airfreight operations and understand the ins and outs of managing your own portfolio of clients and providing end to end customer service in the freight forwarding industry.
While knowledge of Cargowise One will be highly regarded, this role will best suit a highly organised individual with excellent communication and who enjoys working in a small, collaborative team environment.
What will your typical day involve
- Import Bookings
- Data Entry and Document Control
- Ensure all jobs and related charges, fees, documentation are processed accurately and within required timeframes
- Customer Service
- Email & Phone Management

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Year 12 High School Certificate
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Proficient in use of Cargowise One
This is a full-time position with standard office hours of 8:30am 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
