As part of the CurtainWorld team your duties will include answering and directing all incoming calls, liaising with customers, data entry and general administration support.
As this is a front desk position we require someone with exemplary presentation and a cheery, enthusiastic disposition. A professional telephone manner and superior listening skills are a prerequisite for this role as interacting with customers is of paramount importance. You will need to be reliable and adaptable and possess excellent inter-personal skills.
Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
