Office Manager

As Office Manager you will be the go-to person for all things administration and operations.  You will work closely with the receptionist and studio leader to ensure the studio runs smoothly and efficiently.

This practice is well-renowned for their exceptional residential, commercial and education projects and are seeking a passionate individual with a love of Architecture and design excellence.  This multi-disciplinary practice has an international team full of collaborative designers and professionals that are dedicated to creating inspiring and innovative built environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Management of in-house supplies including stationery, equipment and catering
  • Mail and couriers
  • Staff travel bookings
  • Coordinating product presentations and social functions
  • Overseeing health and safety
  • Coordination of meeting rooms
  • Covering the phone line when necessary


Skills and Experience

  • Experience in office management, ideally within architecture or the creative sector
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving attitude
