Customer Service Representative

Immediate start available, Full training in all our systems, Part time role 8.30am to 3.00pm ( flexible ) Mon - Fri.

The Service Today brand offers a premium quality emergency plumbing, electrical, heating & cooling service targeting the residential areas of Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. Our goal is to expand nationally over the next 2 years.

The Service Today brand was established in 2014 and now employs over 180 dedicated and experienced staff. Our national call centre and proprietary scheduling and management software provides our customers with unparalleled levels of service not usually found in our competitive industry.

What you will be responsible for

  • Provide an outstanding customer experience via telephone, email and webchat that is tailored to our individual customers needs

  • Know our service offering and help our customers make the best choices

  • Book service appointments accurately and in a timely manner;

  • Handling customer queries and setting appointments providing first call resolution

  • Communicating with other areas of our business including operations, warehouse, accounts and management as required.

  • Meet Key Performance Indicators

The role is part-time, Monday to Friday. This roles would  great for people returning to work or those needing school hours, and university students wanting regular work.

  • Passion for customer service.

  • Personable, charismatic, resilient and driven personality

  • Understanding and/or background in the trade industry

  • Ability to work hard and having fun at the same time is essential
