What you will be responsible for
Provide an outstanding customer experience via telephone, email and webchat that is tailored to our individual customers needs
Know our service offering and help our customers make the best choices
Book service appointments accurately and in a timely manner;
Handling customer queries and setting appointments providing first call resolution
Communicating with other areas of our business including operations, warehouse, accounts and management as required.
Meet Key Performance Indicators
The role is part-time, Monday to Friday. This roles would great for people returning to work or those needing school hours, and university students wanting regular work.
