Back Office Administrator/Accounts Payable

 

This Part Time position would suit an experienced Pharmacy Assistant

and a background in Admin would be advantageous

 

Duties Include:

Reconcile registers and daily banking; 

Reconciling invoices/statements;

Maintaining Membership data base; 

Customer Accounts; 

Handling Telephone Inquiries and Customer Service; 

Ordering and Maintaining Stationery levels;

Support Back Office and 

Head Office Personal; 

Computer Savvy.
