The role:

We have an opportunity for Service Coordinator to join our team based in Perth, W.A.

Your main duties are to provide operational support to the Service Department including clerical and administrative responsibilities. 

In addition, you will

  • Provide the complete administration of the Regional AirCover system including raising new contracts/agreements, maintenance of existing contracts/agreements, maintenance of the Services Due File, contacting customers, raising jobs, ordering parts, and scheduling work.
  • May be required to raise non Air Cover jobs.
  • Raise purchase orders and sales orders for jobs and branch supplies in accordance with company policy. 
  • Record Technicians timesheets in conjunction with the Regional Supervisor.
  • May be required to enter Visa transactions on Concur in accordance with company policy. 
  • Responsible for job returns documentation and follow up.
  • Prepare and proof costing of all chargeable jobs prior to forwarding to Melbourne for invoicing.
  • Prepare and proof costing of all Utility jobs for compliance prior to forwarding to Melbourne for closure
  • Provide full back-up support in the absence of the Regional Supervisor. 
  • May plan, schedule and/or coordinate events, training, etc. in conjunction with the Regional Service Manager


  • Responsible for supporting and maintaining high quality customer relationships.
  • Provide operational support to Regional Service Manager & Supervisor
  • Provide internal & external customer support relating to enquiries and requests.


  • Provide internal & external customer support relating to enquiries and requests.
  • Provide the first point of contact for Service customers
  • Maintain and provides high quality phone presentation to all customers
  • Provide full back-up support in the absence of the Service Supervisor
