Throughout Queensland and New South Wales, Hooper Accountants has a wide client base ranging from broad acre farmers through to small business owners. Our team pride themselves on delivering exceptional client service to both businesses and individuals.

This role will include but is not limited to;

  • Management and Scheduling of client appointments
  • Liaising with Directors, Staff and Clients to assist with general queries
  • Creating positive and strong relationships with Clients
  • Meeting and greeting Clients and Visitors
  • Word processing and email correspondence
  • Mailing, Banking, Filing, Data Entry and Lodgements
  • Maintaining and preparing reception area and meeting rooms
  • General reception duties
  • General administration/office tasks as required
