We are looking for a well rounded, highly motivated Receptionist to join our team. 

To be considered for this dynamic role, you must demonstrate your ability to self manage and coordinate between different departments and a multitude of different clients. 

We're seeking a junior Receptionist with at least one (1) year of experience working in an office environment, who has strong attention to detail and exceptional customer service. Someone with less experience may be considered if they can demonstrate their suitability for the position.


A typical day can be busy and varied and may involve one or more of the following:

  • Answering and directing all incoming phone calls / taking sufficient messages
  • Filing and archiving 
  • Assisting with administration tasks such as emails, scanning, typing,  meeting and greeting clients, offering tea and coffee.
  • Tidying boardroom in preparation of meetings, general tidy-up of office before close and ensuring reception is neat at all times.
  • Maintaining Fixed Asset Register
  • Inventory Control & Stocktake 
  • Banking 
  • Taking part in specialist or multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Arranging meetings and liaising with engineers and other departments. 
  • Making presentations to senior management. 
  • Assisting administration as required 

To be successful in this role you will be required to demonstrate the following SKILL REQUIREMENTS  

  • At least one (1) year of experience in an office environment. 
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel. 
  • Excellent customer service skills and phone manner. 
  • Good spreadsheeting skills and formula knowledge (to your advantage).  
  • Can-do attitude. 
  • Excellent presentation. 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Be able and willing to work as a team as well as autonomously. 
  • Self-management skills - must be proactive, use initiative and be self-motivated. 
  • Good problem solving skills. 
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Loyalty to the company.   
  • Must be proactive and have an understanding of LEAN & the 5 "S" system (or be willing to learn and participate).

The position offered is permanent full time working Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 5:00pm and Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm.  

Salary is negotiable based on experience and ability.
