Our business is in the civil, construction and mining industry servicing a variety of clients. We are looking to employ a highly capable team member in the position of Administration Assistant.
Incoming phone calls
Scheduling incoming jobs to multiple technicians
Raising quotes (with the input of a senior technician)
Debtor invoicing (using MYOB - experience with MYOB is beneficial but not a requirement)
Processing of creditor payments
Finalising scanning reports and sending to Clients
Maintaining asset register
Ad hoc administration duties as required
Valid drivers license
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products (specifically Outlook, Word and Excel)
Previous experience with MYOB Account Right is beneficial but not required
Ability to take direction as part of a team, at the same time as being able to work independently when required
Ability to multi-task and prioritise
Problem solving skills
Eye for detail
The successful candidate will be based in an office near Midland. The hours for the position are 38 hours per week, 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. The main requirements of the role are to answer the incoming calls, send and manage quotations and reports and schedule the technicians.
