Senior Construction Documentation Lead

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a newly formed team which will be responsible for the in-house documentation of a brand new project. Whilst we can't tell you everything, we can assure you it is an opportunity not to be missed! 

This role is ideal for a passionate and energetic senior documentation Architect with the ability to lead projects autonomously, with strong experience in the multi-residential sector. You will strike a balance of practical design and established quality design, as well as team/project coordination and 'jumping on the tools' with Revit.


Required skills:

-Experience documenting large multi-story apartment projects with integrated retail, childcare and community facilities.

-Experience in all phases of project delivery with concept and presentation skills, direct client liaison, consultant co-ordination, builder liaison

-Experience in managing a documentation team, meeting deadlines and reporting progress

-Sound technical knowledge of architectural project delivery+ Revit

-Advanced knowledge of building materials, their function and physical properties and construction methods

-Advanced knowledge of structural, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical engineering as related to buildings

-Advanced knowledge of applicable codes, laws, rules and standards regulating the design and construction of buildings

-Comprehensive construction, development and compliance knowledge



Qualifications and Experience required:

-25+ years post graduate experience, working in an architectural practice in Australia

-NSW Registration

-10+ years of Revit documentation experience

-A comprehensive portfolio that demonstrates your skill and craft experience in documenting multi-residential and mixed-use projects
