ADMINISTRATION OFFICER 

PERMANENT PART TIME POSITION VACANT

Position commences-: 11/01/2021

Flexible hours e.g. 3 days/week 9 am-3 pm                                     

GRULKE CONCRETE requires a well presented, motivated admin officer to join their busy office team. The position requires an individual with a positive attitude, excellent customer service/sales skills, a team player who can work independently and is quick to learn.

 Competent in:

  •   General office duties
  •    Reckon Accounting software or similar 
  •    Accounts receivable/payable
  •    Payroll
  •    B.A.S processing
  •    Banking/ Reconciliation
  •    Reporting
  •    Word/Excel/Outlook

Experience in the operations of the Concrete, Shed and associated Heavy Vehicle Fleet Industry, preparing quotes and tenders would be an advantage.
