We are looking for an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee office workflow as well as finance functions.
Be the first point of contact between the Managing Directors, administrative staff, and finance team;
Workflow management and implement solutions to improve daily operations;
Performance reviews and performance conversations;
Providing leadership that drives successful outcomes;
End to end payroll operations when required for 250pax; and
Management of a team of 20 supporting operations throughout the state.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Demonstrated experience in a similar management position;
Ability to have straight forward conversations and conduct performance reviews of expectations;
Demonstrated experience in implementing new ideas to increase the workflow of daily operations;
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities;
Excellent communication as well as the ability to be the first point of contact between a number of different departments;
Finance and end to end payroll knowledge for a fortnightly cycle - experience with MYOB and HR3 would be a bonus but not essential;
Superior problem-solving abilities;
Extremely organised with the ability to assist others in organising their day;
A strong team player that enjoys participating in social functions; and
A sense of humor!
