In this pivotal role, working closely under the wing of the CEO, we need an enthusiastic, and capable marketing assistant to create, generate and execute digital and print campaigns, manage the social media sites, and analyse campaigns. From social media sites like Facebook, Linkedin and Pinterest to video broadcasting on Youtube and Vimeo, you live and breathe all things social media. Graphics, design and content writing is your world!
You will also be working closely with a team on marketing, design and web development. You are expected to understand and talk their language.
In this result driven business, clients are our most important asset. You will be dealing with clients on social media sites, review websites, email marketing and mail outs. You will also be responsible for designing newsletters, welcome letters and basic brochures using Adobe software and/or Microsoft office.
You will also be expected to work with numbers to provide analytics and reports to senior management.
- Manage social media pages and campaigns.
- Developing appropriate content and messaging for each of the social media pages
- Creating and managing social campaigns.
- Track review sites and respond to customers in timely manner.
- Develop a brand reputation management program.
- Use analytical tools to provide reports and insights of the performance of campaigns.
We are looking for:
A motivated and proactive candidate who wants to share their knowledge, and be willing to learn. Experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing and Analytics preferred.
Competent in using Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office and Social Media Tools with excellent verbal and written communication skills, for content writing.
Attention to details is essential and a creative mind is a must.
