The Role
We are seeking a bilingual office assistant who speak both Mandarin and English provide office based support for the Managing Director and the general Manager to allow them to focus on business and customer based activities. The ideal person will have the ability to handle a multitude of tasks concurrently and be able to work unsupervised in a busy, friendly office.


Supporting an inclusive and support office, your role will be varied and include:

  • Quote preparation
  • Liaise with agents & clients on behalf of Office Manager or M.D.
  • Paperwork completion and filing
  • Client coordination
  • Reception assistance when required
  • Assist with overseeing installs
  • Purchasing assistance where required

 

About You

  • Technically proficient with the Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • A strong work ethic, punctual and ability to work flexible hours when required
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
