We are seeking an experienced Office Manager for a 6 - 12 month assignment (with the potential to become permanent). As the main focus of this role with be the company accounting/financial duties, the successful candidate will possess strong business acumen as well as excellent leadership abilities. Our client is a small to medium business based in the Southern Suburbs approx. 16 km from CBD.
This is varied and interesting role, some of the key responsibilities include:
Responsibility for AP, AR, payroll, financial reporting, bank reconciliation etc.
Contract admin - overseeing all contract documentation
HR Duties - onboarding, training records, contracts, leave management
Managing company social media site
General PA/Administrative duties
Minimum 5 years in a similar role
Sound MYOB exposure
Salesforce experience very highly regarded
Strong IT aptitude - you will become the 'go to' person for IT queries
Excellent attitude to work and a desire take on more responsibilities
Great organisational skills
