Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager for a 6 - 12 month assignment (with the potential to become permanent). As the main focus of this role with be the company accounting/financial duties, the successful candidate will possess strong business acumen as well as excellent leadership abilities. Our client is a small to medium business based in the Southern Suburbs approx. 16 km from CBD.

The Role

This is varied and interesting role, some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Responsibility for AP, AR, payroll, financial reporting, bank reconciliation etc.
  • Contract admin - overseeing all contract documentation
  • HR Duties - onboarding, training records, contracts, leave management
  • Managing company social media site
  • Facility Management
  • General PA/Administrative duties

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role
  • Sound MYOB exposure
  • Salesforce experience very highly regarded
  • Strong IT aptitude - you will become the 'go to' person for IT queries
  • Excellent attitude to work and a desire take on more responsibilities
  • Great organisational skills
