PERSOLKELLY are currently seeking experienced Call Centre or Customer Service Agents for an immediate start to work with one of Australia's largest Telecommunications brands.


The roles will either be based in Perth CBD for the first 4-5 weeks and then you will work from home full time.
If you have a passion for learning new technology and enjoy helping others this could be the role for you! We are looking for resilient individuals that don't shy away from a challenge. You will receive 4-5 weeks of training for this role.

Hours: Shifts between the hours of 7am - 7pm (7am - 10pm during peak times) - you must be available to work over the Christmas period
Hourly rate: $28.86 + Super (+ penalties for any afternoon/ weekend/ Public Holidays)
Location: 4-5 weeks training (8am-4pm) in Perth CBD then working full time from home
Start: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing (opportunity to become permanent dependent on performance and business needs)

The role
As the first point of contact, you the Customer Service Representative will:
* Troubleshooting customers technical issues
* Providing technical support on WIFI, mobile phone activations etc
* Be able to engage customers, build rapport and ensure all customers are getting the best value and ensuring quality customer service on all calls.
* Retain existing customers by providing an exemplary service experience
* Provide level 1 support for faults, manage service difficulties and offer technical support over the phone
* Offer solutions using a variety of products which also includes Cloud and Web solutions to maximize efficiency working from home during these times.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives with the following skills and attributes:
* Ideally have a minimum 12 months experience in a Customer Service role sorting out issues and resolving problems
* Interested in learning about technology and how to troubleshoot
* Experience working in a call centre for the likes of Superannuation / Insurance and Telecommunication companies will be considered highly advantageous
* Strong computer and accurate typing skills
* Ability to multi-task, be results driven and proactive
* Ability to clearly communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
* Short notice period or be available immediately to start within the next 10 days

**PLEASE NOTE - you will be required to provide evidence of an ethernet connection to be able to work from home. You will also be required to work over the Christmas period**
