Office Administrator

  • Permanent part-time position
  • $50-55k + super pro rata (according to experience)

Our client, a leading electrical contracting company which has a reputation for outstanding customer service, reliability and exceptional attention to detail is seeking a motivated, well-presented, articulate Office Administrator to join their team.  As the central point of contact, you will be a high-level administrator who is able to support a dynamic, client-focussed team of professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Screening incoming phone calls and managing email inbox
  • Scheduling appointments and preparing documentation
  • Maintaining the organisations database and filing systems
  • Assisting with coordination of meetings
  • Assisting with the preparation of tender documentation
  • Developing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Management of mail and deliveries
  • Management of day to day office finances
  • Ensuring administrative procedures and policies are upheld

 

We are looking for an exceptional person who has:

  • Positive energy, a great attitude to work and outstanding presentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to construct professional email correspondence
  • A strong work ethic with an ability to work unsupervised and under pressure
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • A high level of computer competency, particularly in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to learn new systems
