We are seeking an energetic and dynamic person for a full-time admin position in our Caringbah office. This role is responsible for providing administrative support and reporting to company management. The position will be permanent with duties to include general administration, quality support, warehouse/stock control, and logistics.
Detailed knowledge and working skills required -
*SAP BUSINESS 1 or similar is PREFERRED
*Organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail required
*Creating and processing purchase orders, goods receipting, adding/amending business partners and spare parts/equipment
*Travel bookings and invoicing
*Process and fulfill orders from clients in a timely manner
*Creating customer equipment cards and blanket agreements
*Other ad hoc duties
This position will suit a person with strong communication abilities both verbal and written and the ability to multi-task and be pro-active.
