Audi Centre Hobart has an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our team of dedicated and skilled professionals in our Award-winning Centre.
About the role:
In this position, your day will be busy and filled with variety. You will utilise your exceptional administration and customer service skills to act as the principal contact between the dealership and customers to coordinate the repair and maintenance of vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be liaising with service department customers, both face-to-face and over the phone.
Taking customer enquiries and service bookings
Determining the customers needs and communicating these to the workshop
Advising customers on the progress of their service
Gaining authorisation for extra work
Providing superior customer service
You are motivated, organised and well-presented with exceptional communication skills and experience in a fast-paced customer-facing role. You are driven to exceed targets and expectations and have a strong customer service background, ideally in the retail automotive industry.
You will also have:
