Receptionist/Admin Assistant

What we are looking for:

Our Young Branch is looking for Reception/Admin who are keen and personable, with a dedicated work ethic and exceptional communication and people skills, to join our team as a Receptionist  Administration Assistant. For the right person, we are offering an immediate start.

Applicants must have/be:

  • The ability to work in a busy environment and multi task.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate with the ability to use MS Office tools, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Basic business or administration qualifications.
  • The ability to work with limited supervision.
  • A self-starter, always looking for ways to improve and for tasks to be done

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Attends front counter and greets incoming customers
  • Input data into job management software (SimPro experience an advantage)
  • Manage phone calls.
  • Manage Solar documentation
  • Stock Control, returns and warranty claims
  • Responsible for keeping amenities stocked and receival of goods.
  • Reports to office manager.
  • PA duties
