Our Young Branch is looking for Reception/Admin who are keen and personable, with a dedicated work ethic and exceptional communication and people skills, to join our team as a Receptionist Administration Assistant. For the right person, we are offering an immediate start.
Applicants must have/be:
The ability to work in a busy environment and multi task.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate with the ability to use MS Office tools, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
Basic business or administration qualifications.
The ability to work with limited supervision.
A self-starter, always looking for ways to improve and for tasks to be done
Duties include but are not limited to:
Attends front counter and greets incoming customers
Input data into job management software (SimPro experience an advantage)
Manage phone calls.
Manage Solar documentation
Stock Control, returns and warranty claims
Responsible for keeping amenities stocked and receival of goods.
Reports to office manager.
